Springfield Park consists of 64 single family homes located within the city of Shelton, Washington. The first homes to be built in our small neighborhood were constructed in 1994 with the development completed and all lots filled by 2003.
Situated on the north end of Shelton, our neighborhood is close to the elementary, junior, and high schools, Mason General Hospital, Olympic Community College, jogging and walking trails, disc golf course, local shops, and within minutes of US Route 101 and State Route 3. With one entrance and exit we see minimal traffic through this quiet neighborhood.
The development has a total of approximately 7 acres of community property that consists of the gazebo at the entrance, several easements throughout the neighborhood, and 5 acres behind the housing tract along the Bonneville power lines.
